Two of Australia’s favourite broadcasters are returning to radio with Murray Wilton and Murray Olds (aka The Two Murrays) set to deliver five hours of news, sport, entertainment, lifestyle and plenty of frivolity over summer weekends on 2GB and 4BC.
Their new show launches this Saturday, October 31, and continues on weekends right through until the start of the NRL season in March 2021.
The Two Murrays will go to air Saturday and Sundays 2pm–7pm on 2GB and 1pm-6pm on 4BC.
“We’re so pleased that The Two Murrays have answered the call to team up again for a summer filled with their unique chemistry and banter,” said Greg Byrnes, Head of Content for Nine Radio.
“They’re great mates on and off-air and that genuine friendship is sure to resonate with our listeners.”
The Two Murrays have decades of radio experience between them, both together and separately. Over the years they have had stints on stations including 2GB, 2UE and the ABC.
“We’re just a couple of ordinary blokes having a yarn,” said Wilton. “We can’t wait to resume the conversation with old and new friends on 2GB and 4BC,” said Olds.
Away from radio, Murray Wilton is the General Manager of Agriculture and the Sydney Royal Easter Show for the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW.
