Nine’s Married At First Sights‘ first teaser has dropped, and it is getting praised for being more diverse than ever before.

Married At First Sight (MAFS) has become a reality television superstar. Nine’s dating show often manages to crack a million eyeballs, and during its run, it has a reputation for getting more views than the actual news.

Yes, we care more about the contestants than current affairs.

The show also has a reputation for being incredibly controversial. So when the trailer was dropped, I expected outrage. Instead, it has been getting praise.

This season’s trailer has been getting praised online for its diverse casting. One fan commented, “Finally some different cultures in MAFS 👏!” Another commented, “They almost look like normal everyday ppl this year……!

The love phenomenon… 💛 #MAFS returns in 2023 on @Channel9 and @9Now! pic.twitter.com/lbgNFD5o6d

Not everyone is happy one person commented, “This needs a dislike button!”

Still, it’ll be interesting to see if MAFs can continue its success.
